So, I haven’t really updated in a couple days and I finally have time so here it is now. In these couples days, i’ve practically gone from a totally binge eating day/lost of motivation to finding my inner motivation again. The scale has not moved, and at first I did care, but, after just really thinking about my goals, I have decided to not look at it again until I finish Insanity. Also, since school is within a little over of a month, I tried coming up with the most reasonable ways to get in my exercise. Which is basically only this at the moment:
- Walking to school/walking home. My school’s like 3-4 miles away depending on which way I take so it’s a pretty decent exercise.
And as i’ve said before, I really want to start/finish one whole exercise regime from a DVD and i’ve gotten a hold of Insanity/30 DS. Trying out Insanity tomorrow and hopefully will stick to it.
