I thought it’d be neat to set some to-do list of exercises and I ended up with a bucket list. I’ll eventually add on and cross out as soon as I finish them.
Fitness Bucket List:
-Go rock climbing.
-Pass my Fitness Gram.
-Be fit in NROTC standards.
-Run a 5k
-Run a 10k
-Run a 25k
-Run a 50k
-Go to Zombie 5k
-Finish Insanity once completely by 17th birthday.
-Finish 30 Day Shred by end of Summer 2012.
-Finish 6 Week 6 Pack.
-Finish Ripped in 30.
-Maintain a 7 days exercise streak. [Achieved 7/10/12]
-Maintain a 14 days exercise streak. [Achieved 7/16/12]
-Maintain a 30 day exercise streak.
-Maintain a 60 day exercise streak.
